Is there any sign up fee?

All of the websites that we care for must first go through a quality check to ensure it meets our standards. If we have built your website recently then this should take very little time and there is no sign up fee.

If, on the other hand, your website was built by someone else or hasn’t been updated in a while then our quality check will be much more involved and may require more time to get your website up to our standard. When this is the case we will suggest starting with a website Spring Clean.

Am I locked into a contract?

All of our website care plans are contract-free, so you can cancel at any time.

To cancel, simply send us an email and let us know. We’ll immediately stop your next payment and you’ll continue to receive your website maintenance plan benefits until the end of the month. After this, all of your stored backups and other plan features will be removed.

If you’d like to sign up again just let us know. As we will not have been managing your website you may be required to purchase a website Spring Clean so we can get your website back up to our standards.

Can I upgrade / downgrade my website care plan?

Sure thing. If you need to change your level of website care just let us know and we’ll move you to a more suitable plan.

When will I get my website report?

We aim to send our your monthly care plan report on the last Friday of each month.

Occasionally your report may arrive a little earlier or later due to a variety of reasons. For example, if a new software update causes your website to break then we will work to fix the issue before sending your report.

How does my support time work?

Each website care plan includes a designated amount of support time for us to work on your website. If you have an issue with your site you’ll be able to email us and our team will help you resolve it. It is also possible to use your support time for small changes to your site such as updating your images or text.

If your website health is fine and you don’t request any changes then we may use this time to optimise your site.

Your support time renews at the end of each calendar month and does not roll over. If we find that you are not making the most of your support time we may contact you to discuss downgrading your plan.

What happens if something goes wrong?

One of the key benefits of your website care plan is having our team in your corner when things go wrong. Your website will be continually monitored and should it get hacked or go down then it is likely that we will be the first to know. We will then work tirelessly to nurse your site back to good health.

If you manage to break your website (it’s ok, it happens more often than you might think) then let us know and we will restore it to a previous version for you. We take daily backups of your website so you will only lose your most recent changes.

How does keyword tracking work?

With our Web Manage and Web Master plans we can track up to 100 keywords for your website.

Tracking keywords is a great way to see how well your content marketing efforts are paying off. In your monthly report you’ll see where your website appears in Google search results for specific words and phrases.

To fully benefit from this feature you’ll need to provide us with a list of up to 100 keywords for us to track for you. Alternatively, our team can help you find valuable keywords that will increase your website traffic and grow your business.
