How to use Zapier to automatically merge sign ups to multiple lists
Automatically move your email sign ups from one list to another using Zapier and Mailchimp.

Step 1: Navigate to www.zapier.com and log in
Step 2: Click on “Make a Zap”
Step 3: Choose MailChimp
Step 4: Select “New Subscriber” and click “Save + Continue”
Step 5: Connect your MailChimp account
Do this by clicking on “Connect a new account”
Step 6: Save your selection
Once you’ve connected your account you will be prompted to “Save + Continue”
Step 7: Select the list you want to create a trigger for
Click on the drop-down arrow and select the first list you want to work with. This is, the List you want to create a trigger for to move every new subscriber to your mail distribution list. Click “Continue”
Step 8: Click “Fetch + Continue”
Step 9: Once the Test is marked “Successful” Click “Continue”
Step 10: Select an Action App. You will select MailChimp once again
Step 11: Select “Add/Update Subscriber” and click “Save + Continue”
On the next screen. make sure your MailChimp account is selected and click “Save + Continue”
Click the drop down arrow and select your Main Distribution List. Continue to fill out this form.
You will need to repeat steps 7 through 13 with each distribution list you have so that all new members are merged to your main list.
